The Eleventh Annual Golf for COPS:

Gala & Pro-AM

December 6–7, 2026 • Trump National Golf Club Jupiter • Jupiter, Florida

A Homecoming

Eleven Years

In The Making

In the summer of 2016, Jim McDavid listened from his truck as news unfolded of the loss of five Dallas police officers. What began as profound grief soon became a question: who stands beside the families of fallen law enforcement officers after the headlines fade and the full weight of that loss begins to settle?

The answer revealed a need that was both urgent and too often overlooked. That December, the first Golf for COPS tournament transformed that question into a promise—that the children and spouses left behind would be supported, their futures protected, and the sacrifice of their heroes never forgotten.

Eleven years later, Golf for COPS returns to Jupiter for the event that began it all. What started as a golf tournament has grown into a community united by remembrance, generosity, and an enduring commitment to families facing the most difficult hours of their lives.

Golf with a

Greater Purpose

On Monday, December 7, Golf for COPS continues on the Jack Nicklaus Signature Design course at Trump National Golf Club Jupiter. Stretching more than 7,500 yards through stands of pine, palmetto, and native Florida landscape, the course presents a formidable test distinguished by deep revetted bunkers, dramatic water hazards, and an unforgettable island green.

Yet the true measure of the day will extend far beyond the scorecard. Every foursome, sponsorship, and contribution helps provide scholarships, counseling, and direct assistance to the children and spouses of fallen law enforcement officers.

Together, the Golf for COPS community has helped provide more than $1.2 million in scholarships and over $1 million for hands-on programs and counseling. This December, every drive carries that commitment forward.

An Event Beyond

the Course

The weekend begins Sunday, December 6, with the Homecoming for HOPE Gala at Trump National Golf Club Jupiter. Guests will gather for an evening of cocktails, dinner, live auction experiences, and the call to heart that has become the emotional center of Golf for COPS.

It is here that the mission becomes most personal—in the stories of surviving families, in the accomplishments of scholarship recipients, and in the moments when an entire room chooses to stand beside those whose lives were forever changed by a loved one’s sacrifice.

As Golf for COPS enters its eleventh year, the evening asks a simple question: when a family reaches its most difficult hour, who will answer the call?

For more than a decade, this community has answered together.

Whether you join us as a golfer, gala guest, sponsor, volunteer, or supporter of the mission, your place within that community matters. Individual tickets and table reservations will be available for those attending the gala independently of the tournament.
